I became a Level II Usui Reiki practitioner in 2012 and completed my Holy Fire III Reiki Master Teacher certification in 2025. I also hold a B.A. in Psychology and am completing an ICF-accredited Life Coach certification.

My approach blends Reiki, gentle coaching, and intuitive tools like oracle cards and sound therapy. I offer a safe, affirming space — especially for those who identify as neurodivergent, queer, or highly sensitive.
